Recreation District Programs
The Carman-Dufferin Recreation Commission organizes an array of special-interest classes like aerobics, swimming lessons,
and dog obiendence workshops and annual summer day camp.
Jason Sygnet is the General Manager. The Recreation office is located in the arena in King's Park, 44 Belfour Drive - named after NHL legend and Carman native Eddie "the Eagle" Belfour.

Registration Guidelines
- No registrations will be taken prior to April 12, 2008, at which time you must register in person at the Carman Arena, 44 Ed Belfour Drive.
- You may register your children and those of one other family on registration day
- Lessons must be paid for by cash or cheque at the time of registration
- No post dated cheques will be accepted
- $10.00 fee for all NSF cheques
- $3.00 admin fee per cancellation or transfer. Note: This charge does not apply if CDRC is canceling a class due to lack or registrations. Must have a minimum of 3 per class.
You will be contacted if your class is cancelled.
- **Note: Refunds will not be given for classes cancelled due to bad weather.

In the event the pool is shut down unexpectedly due to water related problems see cashier for a day pass. CASHIER CANNOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS, PLEASE SEE OFFICE LOCATED IN THE ARENA.

The community foot/bike path, which goes through the park
and links up other key areas in town, provides ample opportunity
for walking, jogging, biking - and just

Another recreation gem, with a heated outdoor swimming pool
and waterslides, playground, tennis courts, and campground.
It also has an arena for skating and hockey - two big winter
sports in Carman.
