DROP IN
Drop in is on hold right now, but will resume after Spring Break.  Beginning April 10, 2008, drop by the Carman Family Resource Centre every Thursday morning from
10:00 – 11:30 AM to meet with other parents, and to give your child an opportunity to socialize through play.  Snack is provided.  Everyone welcome!

SPRING PROGRAM:  MOTHER GOOSE!
Join us and facilitator Lisa Lehmann for a fun and interactive program for mothers and young children filled with rhymes, songs, stories and crafts!  Childcare is available for younger siblings, and snack is provided.  There is no cost to attend.
Classes will be held at the Carman Family Resource Centre from 10:00 – 11:30 on Fridays beginning on April 25, 2008.  Space is limited.  For more information, or to register, please call the Centre.

CREATIVE COOKING TO CUT COSTS
Learn to cook meals that are delicious and nutritious without having to spend a lot of money!  Our next class will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at the United Church in Carman.  All supplies are provided and there is no cost to join the class. Childcare is available.  Class space is limited, so be sure to call if you would like to attend.

GROWING WITH MOM
On the last Tuesday of every month from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM we gather speakers and parents together at the Carman Family Resource Centre who are interested in enriching their family’s life.  Childcare is provided, and there is no cost to attend these sessions.  Milk coupons are available for expectant mothers, and for mothers with babies up to 6 months of age.  These are the dates, locations and topics for the upcoming classes:

LENDING LIBRARY
Just a reminder that the Carman Family Resource Centre operates a lending library open to the public.  Many items are available, including car seats, high chairs, playpens, toys and resource books.  Call for more information.
