Volunteer Application Download the Volunteer Application form. Complete the form and drop it off at the Games Office located in the lower level of the Memorial Hall.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:

FOOD SERVICES
(Tues to Sun Aug 12-17)

Cooks
Prepare the meal and in prep for the next meal.
4-9 a.m. 2 cooks needed (except the 13th & 17th)
9 a.m. - 2 p.m. 2 cooks needed (except the 16th)
2 - 7 p.m. 2 cooks needed for the 11th - 14th and 3 needed for the 15th and 16th

Servers
Serve buffet style, clean up and set up for the next meal.
10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. 2 or 3 needed (except 16th)
4:30 - 8:00 p.m. 2 or 3 needed (except 17th)

Stations
Keep self-serve tables full and tidy, hand out milk and juice, lunch - keep salad bar full, bring in supplies, tidy tables and garbage, set up for next meal.
10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. 5 or 6 needed (except 16th)
4:30 - 8:00 p.m. 5 or 6 needed (except 17th)

ACCESS CONTROL
Mon - Sun - Aug 11-17

Managing access to several key venues, provide 24 hour a day security services at schools and facilities.

Carman Collegiate
7-11 a.m. 3 males and 3 femailes needed
11 a.m. - 4 p.m. 1 male and 3 females needed
4-11p.m. 3 males and 3 females needed

Elementary School
7-11 a.m. 2 females needed
11 a.m. - 4 p.m. 2 females needed
4 - 11 p.m.2 females needed (not on 17th)

Food Services Hall
6-10 a.m. 2 volunteers needed (not on 11th)
10 a.m. - 3 p.m. 2 volunteers needed

Adult Lounge
8 p.m. - 1 a.m. 4 volunteers needed (only on 11, 15th and 16th)
